The activities of the Advanced School on Partial Differential Equations and Their Applications (PDE) began on Sunday, October 19, 2025, at the University of Tlemcen. The event is organized in partnership with the Algerian Academy of Sciences and Technologies, featuring participation from professors and researchers from various national universities.

The opening ceremony brought together the University Rector, Prof. MEGHACHOU Mourad, Vice-Director for External Relations, Prof. HAMZA CHERIF Ali, and Dean of the Faculty of Sciences, Prof. Zohir ARAR, along with numerous faculty members, researchers, and students.

The school aims to provide specialized courses on PDEs and their applications in physics, medicine, mechanics, climate studies, and artificial intelligence, while also strengthening the skills of young researchers through practical workshops and scientific discussion sessions.
